How much
is bad credit costing me?
The most costly and obvious problem
with bad credit is the inability to obtain new credit. Credit Cards, most if
not all, are completely inaccessible to consumers with horrible credit. The
few credit cards that are accessible to consumers with bad credit are known
as sub-prime cards, and may do more damage then good. Sub-prime cards
usually require outrageous setup fees or recurring monthly fees, offer
extremely low credit lines (from $100-300), often demand cash deposits, and
in many cases will not report your positive credit to the credit bureaus.
If you're making payments on a car, you are likely paying between $6,000
and $10,000 more in interest, if you have bad credit. This additional
interest increases your monthly payments and increases your time to pay you
debt off. For Example:

credit profile.
How do
you repair and remove bad credit?
All American Credit Services will put together a plan of action that is
personalized to your specific needs & goals. Your credit profile is unique
and tailored to your situation and payment history. Therefore, to achieve
the best possible results our process entails more than just letter writing
to the bureaus, but also the creditors and collection agencies as well.
There are Federal & State laws in place to protect consumers from erroneous
and unverifiable credit reporting. We force your rights and never assume
these laws are being followed by the creditors. We use our unique and
persistent process to remove your negative items.
We will demand validation and verification of all negative and derogatory
items using the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit
Reporting Act, the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act and the Health
Insurance Portability and Accountability Act . These four laws were
established to protect consumers’ credit reports and rights. Creditors and
credit bureaus are legally required to produce documented evidence within a
reasonable amount of time, in general 30 days, to verify the claims they are
making on your credit file. If they are unable to validate their claims,
they must promptly remove any undocumented items from your credit report.
How long
will it take to fix my credit?
Although everyone's credit profile is different, our clients will see
responses from the credit bureaus within the first 45 days. Each month after
that your credit will improve. Credit restoration is not an overnight fix,
however considerable changes can be seen as early as 1-3 months. However
complete restoration of your credit profile may take between 6-12 months.
Can you
guarantee to remove all of my negative items?
No we cannot. Please beware of credit repair companies that say they can
100% guarantee and promise to remove all of your negative credit. The law
doesn't allow credit repair companies to warrant removal of negative
information. However, it is not the law that prevents us from making such
claims, it is merely unethical to guarantee clients the removal of all
negative information on their credit. No credit repair company can remove
verifiable and complete information from your credit file. However, we will
say their is a way around verifiable data. We enforce each creditor to
verify certain information, such as account numbers, dates, and original
creditor, that we believe they are unable to verify and provide document
for. This process has not and will never fail.
We have been very successful in assisting clients to remove inaccurate,
unverifiable and incomplete items from their credit profile, hence improving
their credit score. We pride ourselves on results and we are willing to
assume some, if not all, of the risk of enrolling into our program. If
we can't assist in improving your credit profile you are 100% covered under
our money back guarantee. We urge all of our clients to order their credit
reports through our order form or forward their credit reports to
review@allamericancredit.net before enrolling into our program. We
will review your credit profile at no
additional charge.
What if
removed negative items reappear?
This usually happens by accident or the creditor has verified a particular
item at a later date. This is called a 'soft delete' and the credit bureaus
must send you a letter within 5 days notifying you of the reinsertion. The
Fair Credit Reporting Agency has made it much more difficult for a creditor
to continue to report an item once it has been removed. Creditors are in
violation of the law after reinserting unverified and erroneous items.
If added by mistake, All American Credit Services will re-dispute the
item.
Is credit
repair legal?
Absolutely! You have the right, under the Fair Credit Reporting Act
(FCRA), including the right to dispute & challenge erroneous, deceptive and
outdated items appearing on your credit report. All American Credit Services
applies every resource available to you, under the law, to help you assert
these rights.
Challenging items on your credit report is your right. When you use
All American Credit Services to help restore your credit, we are complying
with and practicing all federal and regional laws governing third party
credit repair assistance.

Your credit score is used to determine whether or not you are able to
receive new credit, and if you are, what the interest rate on that credit
will be. Just a few points on your credit report may drastically affect your
ability to receive new credit and can cost you hundreds if not thousands of
dollars, through increased interest rates, when making large purchases. If
you are making a large purchase, such as a new home and you want to quickly
improve your credit score you now have a new option called Rapid Rescore.
Rapid rescore is a way of improving your credit score quickly by
correcting items and then having your credit score "rapidly" adjusted. With
rapid rescore items such as charge offs and collections can be corrected. If
you pay off a balance on a credit card that can also be taken into account,
and can improve your score. Credit restoration can take months, but rapid
rescore makes those changes to your score in days.
All American Credit Services will discuss the potential benefits of rapid
rescore with you, and determine whether or not it is right for you in your
situation. You will be responsible for providing us with documentation that
you have paid certain creditors or the court. From start to finish, the
rapid rescore process will take anywhere from three to five business days,
assuming you promptly get all documentation to us. After the rapid rescore
is done your credit rating will be permanently changed to its new rate.
What is
my credit score based on?
Credit scoring is based on many factors that may include:
Amount of available credit
Payment history
Recent requests for credit
Amount of credit currently being used
Length of credit history
When I
pay off a charge off or collection will it show "paid" or
automatically be removed from my credit report?
Negative credit remains on the credit report for a maximum of 7 years,
except for bankruptcy, which may stay on the credit report for 10 years. By
paying off an unpaid, overdue debt the account status will change to "paid
collection," "paid was late," or "paid was charged off", which will still be
considered as a very negative listing. When you have unpaid debt, it is wise
to seek professional help to settle or dispute your debt without further
damage to your credit.
Are
bankruptcys and foreclosures impossible to remove from the credit report?
There is, absolutely, no type of negative listing that has not been
removed from a credit report, if it is unverifiable, inaccurate or
incomplete. Public record information fall under the same guidelines as any
other negative listings. If it cannot be verified or if it is inaccurate, it
must be corrected or deleted from the report.

clients with the most gratifying experience possible.
Is it
true that if I declare bankruptcy my credit report will be wiped clean?
Many bankruptcy lawyers don't adequately explain the consequences of
bankruptcy to their clients. Bankruptcy is to credit rating as the nuclear
bomb is to war. When you file for bankruptcy, all credit accounts, that you
decide to include in bankruptcy will change to a status of "included in
bankruptcy" . In addition, a bankruptcy filing and bankruptcy discharge
listing will appear in the court records section of your credit report.
Bankruptcies are not the way to go unless you feel you have no other
options. Although, there are always other options.
If I
change the numbers in my social security number or use an EIN tax number,
will I be given a new credit file?
This is ILLEGAL and avoid and report any company that makes any suggestion
to alter your social security number.
If I
build enough good credit and ignore my existing bad credit, will I become
credit worthy to lenders?
Any amount of negative credit is devastating to your chances of being
approved by a creditor. Most creditors never actually look at your credit
report. A computer pulls your credit report, rates your credit worthiness,
income, indebtedness, and stability, and then chooses to accept or deny your
application, based on their results. Even one or two late payments can
trigger a credit card or personal loan denial. The slightest amount of
negative listings may cause the interest on an auto loan to skyrocket. You
will probably find that even a little bad credit, regardless of how much
good credit you have, is an unexpected roadblock to credit approval.
How will
I find out my results?
You will receive all results by mail from the creditors and credit
bureaus. You must then forward the originals to us for our next stage of the
credit repair process.
